Appearance: Users of of this style are branded by the appearance of carrying a sword with them normally when knowingly going into combat.
Passive Traits: As a non-ability user he has trained his body to the pinnacle of human condition to survive the horrible physical punishment his line of work entails.
Ability Description: Trained from birth as a swordsmen and warrior Sun Tai wields incredibly swordsmenship and physical strength. Then do to recent events he has come into the possession of the fabled forbidden sword Kamikaze and thanks to the fore sight of his master the sword style he was trained in was designed to be used in conjunction with Kamikaze.

Sun Tai didn't have a master to train him with the sword's abilities but he has quickly got the jist. However that does mean he struggles with complex techniques and knows nothing of the hidden powers of the blade. Regardless he has learned the basics of the water manipulation abilities he wields. It should be noted that while Kamikaze is capable of incredible water pressure it can only use pre-existing water, which likely presents a problem for most sky pirates. However worst comes to worst he can draw water from the air and attack with that, limited as it may be.

Regarding a likely misconception: It stands to reason that as Sun Tai cannot create water and has to gather it that his water attacks would be slower then someone who could create water. However this is not true as Kamikaze gathers water at insane speeds his water attacks do not require really any "charge up" time to gather water. The gathering time for most of his attacks will almost always be short enough for him to attack seamlessly without pausing to gather water. How exactly does one " gather water "? Is it just in the air? Does it have to be humid in order to collect water? What would happen if you're in freezing climate?
Other Details:
-Regardless of water quantity Kamikaze does the same amount of damage with attacks, the water limit is more tied to it's maximum range. Same thing here... How do you know how much water you have, or is the whole "water gathering" aspect just flavor text?

Name: Riptide
Description:A simple alterable technique, Sun Tai swings his sword while gathering water releasing a mid-range cutting blade of water. Resembles Getsuga Tenshou from Bleach, for mental image purposes. The attacks range is dependent on water available but with unlimited water it's power halves at 15 meters and is reduced to harmless by 30 meters How do you know how much water you have at any given time?
Abilities: Highly pressurized water capable of cutting steel
Usage: 3 post cool down, instant duration

Name: Hurricane
Description: Sun Tai swings his sword around in a classic spin attack type move causing all the water around to form into a hurricane wall around him buffeting everyone hit with heavy water damage. The attacks range is dependent on water available but with unlimited water it's power halves at 10 meters and is reduced to harmless by 20 meters Same thing here. How does one know how much water you have?
Abilities: Traps anyone within range in a whirling vortex of pain and high pressure water blasts. Does damage and allows Tai to strike with his sword on anyone trapped within.
Usage: 4 post cool down, 2 post duration counting post used

Name: Hydro Rush
Description: Sun Tai charges his foe the sword undrawn. Water gathers around him making him look like a huge water missile doubling his movement speed while running and permitting him to run on water(speed is tripled on water).
Abilities: 20 meter maximum travel distance. Incoming fire damage halved while surrounded by water. The effect automatically dissipates within a second of Tai drawing his sword giving him time for just one draw strike. Doubling is a whole lot for a D-Rank... How about.. +50% to +60%? Maybe +100% on water though.
Usage: 3 post cooldown, one post duration

Name: Kamikaze Unsealed
Description: To active this ability Tai must keep two hands on his blade. Water is gathered and surrounds the blade molding to the shape of the weapon. Ultimately it looks like the blade is made of water.
Abilities: For the duration of this ability each strike of Kamikaze has the same damage potential as Riptide. The length of the blade increases six inches.
Usage: 2 post duration, 5 post cooldown

Name: Ocean Splitter
Description: With a great deal of Anime Yelling Anime yelling is too overpowered for this site. Consider removing it. ( Hopefully you can tell i'm joking. xD ) Sun Tai swings his sword down from over his head with all the force he can muster delivering a powerful sword strike. In response Kamikaze's power will split any present body of waters along the path of the blade causing them to rise up into walls on either side, Red Sea style.  
Abilities: Allows Sun Tai to either trap his foes between two walls of water or to pass through large bodies of water on foot by creating a land bridge. On land the water walls are about 10 feet tall, on the blue sea Sun Tai can go all the way down to the ocean floor.How far is the split of water? Does it go over an entire ocean... ?
Usage: 5 post cooldown, 3 post duration
